I am just frustrated and annoyed at the level of service
I have recently tried signing up with Tesco Mobile phone coverage and am shocked by their customer services and the attitude that I was given over the phone. I tried purchasing a mobile broadband package through them online and when my order went through, I got an e-mail stating that I apparently did not pass a credit check. Now I have never had a problem like this before and have never had any debts or loans. I am just frustrated and annoyed at the level of service I have been given and cannot believe that I am literrally wanting to sign up to a 18 month contract with them, and basically “offering” them money, and they are refusing to accept it. In my opinion, useless service and not very helpful. I am now enquuiring mobile broadband with other networks.
