You Should Get a Merged Credit Report When You Get Married
Until death do us part is a long time right? When two people get married, they are making a commitment to each other for richer or poorer. Marriage means accepting each other’s faults, including bad credit. After getting married you will most likely be looking for a house together. My advice is to run a merged credit report that will have not only your credit score, but also your hunny’s score. Usually one person will end up carrying the other with their good score. In the worst case scenario the one of you with the bad credit score will have a poor effect on the good score and will keep you from getting the loans you need.
