Sunday, November 6th, 2011

My son got his license today. My first thought was, “watch out, world.” I am sure that he will be fine, he is responsible. He does tend to get a little bit excited about things but he knows that driving is a huge responsibility. He has already mentioned wanting to buy a car. His older sister owns a Used SEAT and he said that he would like to get one as well. I quickly reminded him that his older sister has a job and paid for the car herself. I think that he had forgotten about that but now he remembers.

I was pleased to see that my mother had found a car that she liked so quickly. We both test drove the car and I was impressed by how well it handled. This little car wasn’t the fastest on the road and it wasn’t the sportiest, but it held its own. I knew it would be good for my mother. Plus, with Citroen Motability, I knew she would have another well running new car in just two years. This gave me some peace of mind as far as my mother getting around. I liked knowing her car wouldn’t be breaking down.
