Health and Wellness Programs’ Health Screening Tips

In order to achieve the health and wellness programs’ goals, here are some tips to follow. Health screening should be done regularly, ideally once a year, to be able to track the changes in an employee’s health. Employees should also be assured that everything will be treated with confidentiality, particularly the results and even during the procedure and upon counselling. Employees should also be informed that the health screening is not a requirement, but it will be beneficial to their health. If an employee is found to be at risk of certain medical ailment, he should be informed immediately.
