Requirements for Administrative Medical Assisting

Friday, September 11th, 2009

As you are more than likely all too aware, any type of career change is going to require some kind of training, usually formal, before you are hired by a company to perform the job duties advertised. For example, if you are interested in the fast growing field of administrative medical assisting, you will need to complete a few requirements before you will be able to accept an open job position. Namely, a fairly typical 96 hour course work schedule which typically takes place over the course of 17 weeks. There are many programs available for becoming a medical assistant and in them you will learn how to handle medical records; how to file, code and bill insurance companies for medical procedures; transcription and scheduling appointments so when you graduate from your course, you will know your way around the medical office environment.

Mormon Doctrine To Pray Three Times Each Day

Saturday, September 5th, 2009

Most people would not consider the act of prayer a work in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. But in mormon doctrine, prayer is definitely part of the work of the Gospel that we are commanded to perform each day. In the Book of Mormon, the prophet Amulek states that we must pray over our stewardships that God has placed into our hands, morning, midday, and evening. Praying three times a day brings a power to the sincere seeker of truth, and God hears and answers all sincere prayers that are sent up into the Heavenly realms. Prayer keeps us in touch with our Loving Father.

CNA LPN Training Brings New Abilities in Nursing

Sunday, August 30th, 2009

People who enjoy learning new things are deciding to make the change in cna lpn training by returning to school and making the change to a higher certification.  When that change takes place they are brougt to a new level of understanding and abilities that they never thought possible before.  They have been a part of assisting with nursing situations in the past, now they are able to take on the directions of the doctors and do the tasks themselves.  That brings a measure of satisfaction that was only in the distance before but now is a common experience every single day of the work week.

Preparation Makes Smooth Transition for Puppy and Owner

Friday, August 28th, 2009

When I brought home my first puppy a few months ago, I did my homework first.  I learned that this was important from watching my best friend take on the same task completely unprepared.  She didn’t know how to train the dog or how to keep it occupied or how much exercise and attention it would require.  One of my most important tasks was to find a great Bay Area Dog Trainer before the fact, and to learn some basics that I could start using the day I brought my puppy home.  We attended obedience classes starting the first week, and the transition from living along to living with my furry friend has been wonderful.  I’m thankful for my preparation!

Feeling at a baptism

Wednesday, August 26th, 2009

Last year when we went to a baptism, we were asked to write down our testimonies for the child getting baptized and I was surprised to see that my oldest son was eager to add his own. He said that he knelt down to pray one night, asking God if Joseph Smith was a prophet. He said he got a really warm feeling inside and that was how he knew that the church was true. It made my day to see that my son had done this on his own and that he had already come to love Joseph Smith ‘s teachings at such a young age.

Quick Ways To Whip Up A Grilled Cheese Sandwich Nutritious For Kids

Wednesday, August 12th, 2009

Grilled cheese sandwiches are the simplest meal to make. Children can even learn to make it themselves. The ones I used to make contained regular cheese and white bread with margarine to grill it. Here are a few ways to make that grilled cheese sandwich more nutritious for your children. Add more taste to their grilled cheese sandwich with a few choice condiments. homemade cottage cheese Adding mustard gives the sandwich a tangy taste. For an even better taste add brown or Dijon mustard. Go south of the border with a bit of salsa added to the sandwich. The salsa will make the grilled cheese sandwich zesty.

Scream reviews in a store

Sunday, August 9th, 2009

Here’s another great example of online verse off-line. What if you were able to walk into a store around the corner and when you saw three different products you screamed out who likes it and who doesn’t like it. Why in the world me do that. While this is one way of getting reviews. Here’s example of a website that has a godaddy coupon posted by an individual. Now other people have reviewed these coupons and the site and the service. So you will give those who like it and maybe those who don’t like it. This is what you can do online which is totally different than what you can do off-line at the store around the corner. You actually can’t just scream out reviews and have 50 people show up. But online 50 people may post their reviews in this type of the community.

My Tutor’s Experience Made Me More Intelligent

Sunday, August 2nd, 2009

I got the opportunity of learning mathematics under a tutor when I was in 8th grade. He had worked overseas too as a mathematics teacher and hence he had a vast knowledge of the teaching methods and concepts taught all over the world. He used to share his teaching experiences with us. He told us about the syllabi followed in schools of other countries and the way exams were conducted. He used to explain a lot of practical applications of mathematical equations. This gave us a more clear insight on the subject and made us like it. We found it easy to understand mathematics with his guidance. My peers and I benefitted a lot from those lively and interactive sessions conducted by him.

The True Meaning of LDRSHIP

Sunday, July 19th, 2009

My son Robbie is a high school senior and seems to speak another language since he got his computer.  Most of the time I ignore the teenage chat because it is just another version of the conversations young people have been having since time began.  Recently, however, he impressed me.  I noticed he was using a new acronym spelled LDRSHIP and I could not figure out what that meant.  He explained that it means Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage.  The expression is one that his ex-officer teacher borrowed from his own training.  Now that teacher is someone who could become my BFF.
