dont eat these common migraine food triggers

Many migraine sufferers appear to be sensitive to certain foods. Although a number of foods and substances have been identified as headache triggers, not all of them will trigger a migraine in any one person.

Tyramine-containing Foods: Tyramine is found in foods such as aged cheese, cured meats, smoked fish, beer, fermented food and yeast extract (including freshly baked bread or cake). It probably triggers headaches by constricting (narrowing) blood vessels or by turning on body chemicals that can cause a migraine to begin.

Be careful on these common migraine food triggers. You save yourself from a lot of avoidable migraine headache attacks.
