High Intensity Exercise For Weight Loss
Trying to lose weight is definitely a challenge that many people face every day.
If you want the best results, I recommend that you do at least 3 high intensity interval training exercise for at least 5 minutes each week.
This type of exercise not only burns a higher percentage of body fat than lower intensity cardio but it will effectively boost your metabolism so that you burn fat throughout the rest of the day. Regular cardio just won’t do that.
So do 20 lunges at the park, or do 50 squats while watching TV. A small effort can have a big result.
