New Year’s Grab Bag
I first did this last New Year’s and I’m going to do it again this year. Since I usually have my holiday handmade gifting done early, I start making some New Year’s hostess gifts around November. For these handmade gifts I usually focus on food gifts or personal calendar baskets, things like that because I use a grab bag system. What I mean by a grab bag system is that each gift is all ready wrapped and ready to go so as I am leaving for a party or New Year’s event and need a hostess gift I just grab a gift and go. The quick handmade gifts I created are more universal than other times of the year so it would be appropriate for more than one person. This is fun for me too, as I don’t always remember what was wrapped in what.
