Should I Get A Portable DVD Player For My Kids?
There is nothing worse than taking a long car ride with antsy children in the back seat. At first, I tried to keep them occupied with coloring books and portable car games, but they quickly lost interest in those. Snacks didn’t work as well either. Just when I was at my wits end, my sister suggested that I get a portable dvd player, that way the kids can watch their favorite movies while my husband and I drive. It was a brilliant suggestion, because now the kids don’t even ask how far away we are or if we’re there yet. They sit quietly and watch their dvd player. Ah, peace and quiet.
