They Keep the Customers Happy
My husband does a lot of business with the company that is his supplier for the products he needs for his job. When he’s busy, the monthly bill to them can be as much as 10k each month, which is crazy talk. Luckily, they are great to work with and really take care of us. Around the holidays, they even do things like give out hampers to all their best customers. That’s always really nice. Sometimes it’s nice cheese, but we’ve also gotten things like a ham and a fruit hamper. It’s a really nice gesture and certainly makes us feel like we’re a valuable part of their success.
