Using Net Metering for Solar power

Net metering – This is a policy that allows homeowners to receive the full value of the electricity that their solar energy system produces. The term net metering refers to the method of accounting for a photovoltaic (PV) system’s electricity production, for example. It is the measured difference, or ‘net’, between the amount of power you consume and the amount of power your RE system produces. During each billing month the exchange between you and your utility is a KWH-to-KWH power exchange. It is the rules of your state and utility company combined. These rules vary by state AND utility provider, some better than others, thus it has much to do with the ROI (return on investment) of your system. The best source to save your power bills is without doubt is by using solar power.  Solar power for home is a growing trend in this day and age.
