My Friend Seems to Understand the Legal Process
I really did not know that there were so many steps in our legal system. It seems like an eternity form my friend’s arrest to his jury trial. His attorney is now headed to a pre-trial conference. I guess that this is different from a preliminary hearing. My friend has tried to explain this to me, but I just do not understand. His criminal defense attorney Los Angeles has explained everything to him so at least he understands what is going on.
