Integrate Jumping Exercises in Everything You Do

Before you can dunk, you need to know how to jump – not simply jumping but jumping higher. To improve on how to jump and how to dunk, there are leg exercises that can be adopted for a daily routine. While standing, you can stand on your toes then put down the heel and do it repeatedly. Jumping is also a good exercise. Aim higher for each jump. Jogging is also a good prerequisite on how to dunk because it strengthens the leg and the heart and blood vessels. Exercising with the jumping rope is also a good option. Of course, the first in line should always be muscle stretching. It improves blood and oxygen circulation in the muscles and it gives a relaxed feeling.
