Buying Guide
Working in an electronics store has its ups and downs. I really enjoy the customer satisfaction portion of my job and I seem to be really good at making the customer feel happy about the objects they buy from us. When an elderly lady came in to complain, I knew that I needed to help her. She kept saying,”Buying Guide“. I was trying to find out from her what she had bought from us so that I could give her the right one. It wasn’t until I offered her a glass of water that she settled down and smiled at me, telling me what she had purchased.
