We seemed to have gotten away from the pay for performance model in many industries. Maybe if we had stayed with this performance plan then we would not be shutting down so many automakers. This is even starting to be discussed in the educational world since our children seem to be lagging further and further behind in educational status. But one group that does seem to get it is the search engine optimization companies. Some of these companies are now offering a performance based seo program for their clients that qualify. A performance based seo program that allows customers to make payments as they receive desired rankings is what is being offered. This is outstanding and the same idea should be applied to other industries.
