Solar electricity candidate check list
Everyone is talking about solar energy – but when you look at it it seems pretty hard to get any real information about it. Before installing a solar electricity system for your home, all questions should be answered yes.
1. Does your planned installation site get ample sun? If not, can you take measures to improve it?
2. Do you get enough sunlight year round to be worth installing solar electricity systems?
3. Can you afford the system without getting financing? If not, have you been pre-approved for financing?
4. If tax breaks for installing the solar electricity system are a factor in your decision, do you qualify for those tax breaks?
